Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY Thank you for entrusting Spa Citrine & Wellness with your wellness and aesthetic needs. Due to the increased demand for appointments, we must implement the following booking/cancellation policies to assure needed appointments are available. A credit card authorization is required to book all appointments. Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged a fee of $50. All missed appointments and late appointment greater than 15 minutes will be charged the full amount. An automatic $50 deposit will be taken for all Friday & Saturday appointments (the deposit will be applied to the price of the treatment at checkout). Cancellations can be made via call, text, or email. However, cancellations via social media will not be honored as valid, and the above polices will apply. Please take this policy and our time and effort to be available for your needs into consideration when booking your appointments. The Spa Citrine & Wellness staff appreciates your support! REFUND POLICY Spa Citrine & Wellness will provide the best possible accommodations for services that are unable to be rendered and/or if a client decides to receive a different service than originally booked. Once services begin, sales are final.
